feat: support MSC 3935: cute events
...
- add cute event skeletron (`im.fluffychat.cute_events`)
- add cute events to default command batch
- this way, all SDK users can profit from cute events
- supported events: `hug`, `googly_eyes`, `cuddle`

feat: Add markasdm and markasgroup commands
...
This makes it possible to mark a
room as dm or group. As most of
the apps using the SDK do not have
a GUI to do this, this makes it now
finally possible to repair broken DM
rooms.
